Our client is a leading SaaS provider in expense management, built on efficiency. As they expand, they're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service and ensure our customers can seamlessly manage their expenses.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist users with navigating their platform and resolving issues to enable their success.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
- Uphold data privacy and security standards while handling sensitive customer information.
What are we looking for?

- A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and support.
- Experience using helpdesk software (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
