We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst for an opportunity within a well established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Accounting & Finance Department.

Description
The Finance Analyst will have a wide range of duties including:
- Providing financial analysis and support to the Accounting & Finance Department
- Building and maintaining financial models to predict future outcomes
- Presenting financial information to non-financial staff and stakeholders
- Business Partnering with a wide range of leadership teams
- Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processes including the analysis and forecast across multiple areas of the P&L and Balance Sheet
- Presenting results and obtain commentary for variances from Senior Leadership.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes
- Supporting the wider Finance team on the timely completion of month end including preparing and sending relevant month end reports to various parties across the business
- You will also support the annual cost setting process and be able to analyse, interpret and concisely present large volumes of financial data to both Finance and non-Finance leaders and stakeholders
- Assisting with ad hoc financial projects and analyses
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful 'Finance Analyst' should have:
- An educational background in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Ideally be studying towards or qualified in ACCA/CIMA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about business partnering and process improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with financial modelling and forecasting
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
