Our clients seeks a high calibre Sales Negotiator for their office in Witney.

Duties:

• Register applicants and match buyers to properties. • Arrange and attend viewings.• Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective buyers and a ensure robust follow up process is in place• Achieve pre-agreed targets.• Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.• Communicate with vendors with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects, put forward offers from buyers and agree terms with clients.• Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and sales.• Generate leads and referrals for financial services.• Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.• Ensure all sales fall in line with latest housing legislation. • Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.• Efficient diary management• Correctly record all messages, viewings and appointments.• Produce activity reports as required.• Bring complaints to the attention of your Line Manager immediately.• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and customers.• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times.• Ensure that you are fully aware of and comply with all regulations for General Data Protection & Anti Money Laundering.• Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your Line Manager. • Inform your Line Manager of ideas which may improve performance and efficiency.• From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you.

Main Objectives:• To achieve goals and targets pre agreed with your line manager, operating to the standards required by the company.• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public. • Maximise opportunities for viewings, sales, market appraisals and instructions.• Operate an effective diary system to ensure all Vendors and Purchase enquires are booked in and an appropriate time set aside.• Seek to increase office market share and generally promote 'brand awareness’.• Build and maintain excellent working relationships.• To operate with the confines of the latest housing legislation.• To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies.

Requirements:• Full driving licence• 2+ years experience (ideally but not essential)• Local market knowledge• Great communicator • Strong IT skills Hours:Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm plus Saturdays as required (9.30am - 12.30pm). 1 in 3 saturdays with time off in lieu.
