We are recruitng a Technical Sales Administrator for our Witney based client. This is a great opportunity to join a successful global supplier of engineering based products and systems. 

This is a full time, office based position offering a salary of £26,000 to £28,000.  Ideally candidates will have experience in a Technical admin role within the engineering sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with client enquiries.
  • Respond to customer questions via e-mail and telephone.
  • Understand the Company’s product range and services in order to deal with clients enquiries
  • Prepare quotations and send to customers
  • Follow up quotations 
  • Log and update all project information onto the Company CRM system.
  • Prepare project files 
  • Follow project through to handover for dispatch of materials, liaising with customers as required.
  • Attend trade shows as required 

Required Skills, Experience & attributes:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proven customer service skills, dealing with clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to calculate areas and volumes of spaces.
  • Some understanding of residential buildings preferred, although training will be provided.
