Your new companyThis is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing company based in West Oxfordshire. The purpose of the role is partner with the change manager and other internal stakeholders, improving processes and, where necessary, implementing new systems.Your new roleAs the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with global SBS teams to facilitate large-scale change programs, enhancing efficiency through strong governance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other functions to ensure compliance with local requirements.
  • Document and adhere to robust governance practices, including PIDs, SOPs, and Responsibility matrices.
  • Create Knowledge Transfer plans to manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
  • Develop post-go-live support plans and assist in early stabilisation.
  • Work with third parties and SBS teams to develop well-assessed, resourced solutions and effective communication plans.

What you'll need to succeedTo be the successful candidate, you will need:

  • Experience working between Finance, IT and other business functions, bridging the communication
  • Experience implementing changes to processes and systems including large scale ERPs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Desirably, experience with Oracle systems, MS Office or other ERPs
  • B.Sc. in finance/business or similar
