Your responsibilities will include:
. Answering sales calls and providing exceptional customer service
. Creating and amending site layout drawings using AutoCAD
. Providing written quotations to clients
. Dealing with technical queries and troubleshooting
. Occasional client visits to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
. Working closely with the design and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
