We are delighted to be working with a reputable, and established organisation based near Carterton who are looking for a Support Manager to join them on a temporary basis of 20 weeks.
This is a part time role, working 4 days per week, 9am - 5pm, offering up to 3 days working from home.
As the Support Manager, you will:
. Be supporting your team through a system change, ensuring they have attended the training
. Completing monthly and biannual audits
. Dealing with any complaint escalations
As the Support Manager, you will require:
. Experience of managing a team and leadership
. Experience working in a busy customer service environment.
. Excellent communication and administrative skills including a good knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
