What You’ll Do:
Reach out to customers due for contract renewals and show off those conversation skills!
Ensure customers are happy and looked after. You’ll be the voice they want to hear.
Play a key role in our business’s success – you’re a big deal here!
What We Need From You:
A confident, friendly, and outgoing telephone manner (smooth talkers, step up!)
GCSE Maths and English (yep, basic stuff, but it matters).
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a buzzing team.
Some solid IT skills to help you hit the ground running.
