Mobile Service Engineer required for an established Oxfordshire-based employer who has over 50 years experience and expertise in the specialist construction equipment and machinery sector. Working on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday responsible for covering the EMEA Regions, this engineering vacancy is offered with a salary up to £45,000 plus a range of highly attractive employee benefits. This employer is looking to invest in some exceptional levels of training and professional development, offered here in the UK and in the US.
As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be expected to work closely with customers who could be based in Europe, The Middle East and Africa (EMEA), working as part of a wider engineering team network, responsible for servicing, repairing and commissioning high-value parts on a wide range of construction sector machinery, therefore you will need to travel and be prepared to stay away 2-3 weeks whilst on a call-out. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience gained in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and/or knowledge of CAN-Bus. You will be responsible for the commissioning of high-value, heavy plant equipment, and the assembly, testing and service of all requirements. Offering assistance to suppliers and customers via email and telephone, responsible for the maintenance of the workshop and all general servicing of filters, oils, lubricants, and parts.Â
For the position of Mobile Service Engineer, you will need a full UK Driving Licence, be willing to undertake DBS and Security clearance due to the sensitive work locations (Airports, Government establishments), with a positive and approachable personality, have excellent work ethics and be computer literate.Â
