Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to provide accurate estimates for repairs.

Review and interpret repair procedures, parts, and labor requirements for damaged vehicles.

Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and repair staff to facilitate the repair process.

Utilize computer systems and software to document assessments and generate reports.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in vehicle repair.

Work collaboratively with the repair team to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or in a similar estimating role.

Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and parts pricing.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills for accurate damage assessment.

Proficient in using estimating software and other relevant computer programs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
