Marketing Executive - Witney, Oxford

Position: Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Witney, Oxford (Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)Salary: Up to £35,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Are you a dynamic and creative marketing professional looking to make an impact in a small, collaborative team? Our client, a thriving company based in Witney, Oxford, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their growing business.

As part of a close-knit team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and supporting their growth in both the UK and USA. If you're a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and excellent organisational skills, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Posting and overseeing the day-to-day activity on the company's LinkedIn page.
  • Website Management: Updating and maintaining the company's WordPress CMS-based website, including the blog.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keeping contact data accurate and up-to-date using HubSpot CRM.
  • Business Development Support: Providing administrative assistance to the business development team across UK
  • Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Assisting in the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and digital assets.
  • Industry Research: Conducting online research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Support: Helping arrange industry conferences and events, including representing the company at booths.
  • Budget Management: Administering and processing marketing budgets effectively.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, WordPress, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • A team player with the confidence to work independently when needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
