We are a manufacturer of pre-preg composite components predominantly supplying the Motorsports and Automotive industries
Some experience is preferred for the laminator roles but training can be given to the right person with some transferable skills although this will vary hourly rate. For full rate, a minimum of 2 years experience is required along with the ability to read engineering drawings and be conversant with all pre-preg laminating processes.
For Trimmer/Fitters, we require fully experienced people who are capable of trimming, fitting, bonding and assembly operations who can work with the minimum of supervision.
For all roles, applicants need to be extremely reliable, honest and conscientious.
The basic hours are 40 per week but applicants can expect to work at around 50 hours on a regular basis.
The initial contract is 3 months and rolling and, could be very long term for the right people.
