Project Engineer. OX29, Eynsham. £40,000 - £50,000

  • Project Engineer, Development Engineer, NPI Engineer, Process Engineer or similar. Responsible for the design and development for new technical products used in the Automotive & Motorsport industries.
  • Rough salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on the individual + Wider benefits package.
  • This role will be ideal for an engineer or manufacturing professional accustomed to developing and improving engineering manufacturing streams your role will span full support of both new product introduction and the improvement of existing processes.
  • A background in a regulated environment will be beneficial dealing with projects for the Military / Defence, Aerospace & Automotive / Motorsport sectors. Any exposure or working towards ISO standards.
  • Working for an SME business this will be an extremely varied role and will require you to be dynamic, will suit someone who is used to operating in a smaller sized business operating at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.

This Project Engineer job will suit:

  • Project Engineer, Development Engineer, NPI Engineer, Process Engineer or similar or similar
  • Worked on projects or with manufacturing processes that are used in highly regulated environments Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Motorsport or similar.
  • Full span of support from new product introduction, as well as improvement of existing processes.
  • Ideally you will have a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, a qualification or degree in an engineering subject would be beneficial. Able to read and interpret CAD / Engineering drawings.
