Mechanical Assembly Technician Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 DOE
Mechanical Assembly Technician Location – Oxfordshire
Mechanical Assembly Technician Shifts: Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 4:30 – Friday 7:30 – 14:00
Orion are partnered with a well-established manufacturing business located in Oxfordshire who are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to join the team.
They would be more than happy to welcome a background in ex-forces, HGV or similar.
Mechanical Assembly Technician Responsibilities
- To build and assemble all mechanical components on bespoke aircraft refuelling vehicles and HGV’s
Mechanical Assembly Technician Experience Required:
- Must be confident and able to read and work from engineering drawings and models
- Working on Sub-assemblies
- To be confident with all hand tools
- Basic fabrication skills and experience
- Experience building v3ehicles (ideally HGV)4Experience with air craft refuelling vehicles
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Experience with pneumatic & hydraulic systems
- TIG/MIG Welding
- Must have a driving licence/car
Mechanical Assembly Technician Salary: £30,000 - £36,000
Mechanical Assembly Technician Package:
- 23 days annual leave including bank holidays – after completing 3x years this is extended
