Capacity and Performance Analyst

Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are partnered with one of our long standing clients, a global healthcare company, in their search for a Capacity and Performance Analyst. We are looking for someone to join their planning team on a permanent basis at their site in Witney. For the success of this role, it is a requirement to be on site 5 days a week.

As a Capacity and Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial part in optimizing operational efficiency, driving strategic improvements and supporting with ongoing growth throughout the site where they produce key medical devices.

You will be looking at long term scenario planning relating to site capacity, more specifically in regardsto space and storage requirements.Communicating with key stakeholders, you will have to use data to analyse and present this back to them for proposals. This role is key in linking the planning team to the wider business when looking at capacity optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the capacity impact of live operational issues and developing scenario plans to support informed business decisions
  • Managing the production capacity forecast of an 18 month time frame and updating on the process through the monthly Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) process
  • Developing recovery plans to minimise disruption to customers
  • Working with key stakeholders across the company to manage the non-production request process and manage/prioritise this effectively
  • Using data to analyse scenarios and present back to key stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Degree level qualified in a relevant discipline or an equivalent of education and work experience
  • Ability to build relationships and have a key influence in decisions made while reporting back using data
  • Able and flexible to be able to adapt to varying scenarios and changing business requirements
  • A good level of computing skills; MS Office, ERP systems, Power BI is a plus
  • Good attention to detail
  • Coming from a regulated industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with S&OP is preferred
