Empowering Learning are excited to be going through a period of major expansion, we have recently expanded our midlands team and are working with schools in a variety of counties, including Oxfordshire. We are looking to work with t cover supervisors, who want flexible work and are happy to do supply work. About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain classroom experience and support the learning journey of students. As a supply teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
- Be in control of your working week
- Gain experience in a variety of different settings
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Support students in completing tasks and maintaining their focus.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
- Who wants to help schools and students alike, to achieve their goals
- Someone who wants to work with different schools and embrace each day as their best day
- Is confident in managing groups of students across various year groups and subjects.
- Holds a degree or equivalent experience in a teaching setting.
