The Company

Our client is a thriving, independent estate agent known for its client-focused approach. With their continued success, the Director launched a new branch to expand their coverage to include Witney, Oxfordshire.

Their mission is to offer a truly personal level of service that puts the customer's long-term interests ahead of any short-term gain.

The Role

Due to the outstanding success of the new branch, they are seeking an ambitious and experienced Negotiator to join the team. This role is ideal for a Lettings or Sales Negotiator.

The successful candidate's duties will include

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Generate Property Valuation Appointments: Seek new business opportunities and arrange valuation appointments
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Viewings and Follow-Ups: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing prospective buyers with detailed information and addressing any queries they may have.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and act upon feedback from clients and buyers to improve service delivery and address any concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential estate agency
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market in Witney & the surrounding areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work and collaborate with management to execute successful sales strategies
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Strong organisational skills
  • UK driving licence is essential

Package:

  • Part-Time hours negotiable
  • Salary guarantee of £27,500 pro rata
  • After which you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 pro rata and a realistic OTE of £35,000 pro rata
