I have partnered with a national organisation who are seeking a dynamic HR professional to enhance management capabilities and support leaders in various people-related matters. Working in an HR Business Partner capacity, you will support the organisation initially on a 12-month FTC, working on a hybrid basis from their offices in Witney.

The HR Business Partner will support in coaching, providing expert advice, and driving performance culture within the organisation. You will oversee the daily HR operations, assist leaders with performance management and case management, offer trusted guidance on complex employee issues, identify training and development opportunities and serve as a subject-matter expert on business projects including acquisition changes and restructuring.

To be successful for this role you must have proven experience in HR management, expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and have strong stakeholder management skills.
