Responsibilities:

Build relationships with clients and candidates, identifying their recruitment needs and matching them with suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the skills and experience of candidates, and to ensure that they are the right fit for the roles.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating job offers.
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.
Work towards and achieve targets, both individually and as part of a team.
