Mazco are now recruiting for a well established client that is a leadingmotorcycle suspension parts company specializing in high-precision components and assemblies. We are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled CNC Mazak Integrex Program Operator to join our advanced manufacturing facility.
Role Overview:
As a CNC Mazak Integrex Program Operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming complex multi-axis machines to manufacture precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Mazatrol control systems and a solid background in HyperMill CAM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming, setting, and operating Mazak Integrex multi-axis CNC machines.
Creating and optimizing programs using Mazatrol and HyperMill.
Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Performing in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
Troubleshooting and adjusting programs and setups to optimize efficiency and quality.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating Mazak Integrex machines.
Strong programming knowledge with Mazatrol control language.
Proficiency in HyperMill CAM software for offline programming.
Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to working hours and overtime when required.
Desirable:
Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume production environment.
Familiarity with other CAD/CAM software packages.
Formal engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, Apprenticeship).
