This role offers the chance to support students' learning while overseeing lessons in the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring that the school's high standards for behaviour are maintained. This position is ideal for individuals who either have experience in education or those aspiring to build a career in the sector. It's also an excellent stepping stone for recent graduates looking to enter the teaching profession. A minimum of GCSEs in Maths or English (grade C or above) is required. Additionally, there will be opportunities to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) if this is an area you're passionate about. Key Responsibilities:
