This exciting new Inclusion Support Teacher role offers an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate educator to make a real impact on students' lives by supporting inclusion across the school. The Inclusion Support Teacher (IST) will work closely with KS1/KS2 staff, students, and Witney families to ensure that pupils with diverse learning needs receive the tailored support they need to thrive.
The ideal Inclusion Support Teacher candidate:
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting Witney children with complex needs
- Is dedicated to improving life chances for all students
- Is a collaborative team player, capable of building trust and positive relationships with colleagues and families
- Is a true advocate for children's welfare, bringing a nurturing and caring approach to their work
- Must have QTS
