 Service Administrator Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, DOE 

Orion is partnered with a well-established business located in Oxfordshire  which is recruiting for a highly organised and motivated Service Administrator to join the team.

 Service Administrator Responsibilities:

• Answering the telephone
• Greeting visitors at reception
• General administrative duties
• Managing several Site Engineers schedules
• Keeping a record of all jobs booked for Engineers
• Liaising with customers
• Ordering parts
• Compiling quotes
• Arranging sub contractors
• Arranging the calibration of test equipment

 Service Administrator Required Experience:

• Must have administration experience in a busy environment
• Experience with accounts software such as Sage
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages including excel etc..
• Strong communication
• Strong organisational skills
• Computer literate/tech savvy
• Confident with speaking to people from all walks of life.

 Service Administrator Benefits:

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
