Academics LTD is collaborating with an exceptional SEN school in Reading that offers personalized support for children aged 5 to 18 with Autism and related learning challenges. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate ASD Specialist to join their committed team.

Key Requirements for the ASD Specialist Role:

  • Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions
  • Ability to assist children with various challenges, including communication difficulties, sensory processing disorders, and behavioral regulation
  • Experience in helping students develop social interaction and life skills
  • Genuine interest in Autism support or Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Patience, calmness, and adaptability to the diverse needs of children with ASD
