SEN Teaching Assistant Needed - in a Witney Primary School

We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a non-verbal Year 1 student with Autism and global developmental needs at a local Witney primary school. This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of these SEN requirements, a patient demeanor, and a passion for education.

Role Details: SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Location: Witney, OX28
  • Position: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (08:30am - 3:30pm)
  • Contract: Temp to Permanent
  • Start Date: September 2024 (ASAP)
  • Pay: £83.50 - £90 per day

About the Student: A Year 1 Witney boy with a lovely temperament and a fun personality who needs support to thrive in his KS1 education.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting SEN needs, including ASD, ADD, ADHD, and non-verbal communication
  • Safeguarding training
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • Note: We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
