AParts Advisor Join the Area's Largest Independent Motor Factor

We are an established, family-run Independent Motor Factor, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team.

About the Role:

We are looking for candidates with prior experience as a Parts Advisor or similar roles in the motor trade. A strong understanding of cars is essential, and while experience with MAM software is advantageous, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn.

You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Identify and dispatch correct parts to internal and external customers
  • Liaise with colleagues to exceed customer expectations
Key Tasks:
  • Handling customer queries and orders at the front counter
  • Answering inbound calls and serving retail and trade customers
  • Building long-term relationships with local customers
  • Actively promoting offers and customer incentives
  • Accurately picking and packing parts for delivery or collection
  • Processing customer orders in the MAM system
  • Handling payments, both in person and over the phone
  • Managing customer returns for collection and/or processing
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: Between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30 am 1:00 pm
