We are looking for an experienced, talented, enthusiastic and hard working individual to lead the Food & Beverage team and operation at the resort. The successful applicant will report to the General Manager and is supported by a Head Chef, Deputy F&B Manager and Supervisor and will be expected to deliver exceptional service and standards to both Club Members and visitors alike.
As a F&B Manager, you will take full accountability for all aspects of the F&B operation, supporting, coaching and supervising your F&B colleagues across all areas of our F&B department (Lakeside pub, Bistro, Strike Shack bar and Meeting and Events function rooms), as well as overseeing general daily F&B operations. Therefore, a good working knowledge and experience of within a multi-outlet F&B operation is essential, along with the ability to quickly engage with colleagues and work well under pressure.
This is largely a strategic role managing rotas, resourcing and recruitment, inductions, on-going training delivery and planning, departmental communications and on-the-job coaching, along with driving all commercial aspects (revenue, margins, costs and payroll). You must also be a natural host, leading by example, and be able to get the best from your team as a great trainer / coach to instil the highest levels of service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £34,500-£36,500 plus upto 10% annual bonus (upto £40,000 OTE)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (shifts between 0730-2215) - around the needs of the business with full leadership cover 7-days a week
- Weekends
- Evening availability for functions (until 0200)
