Our independent client is recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to join their growing team! They service the Aerospace, Maritime and Contract markets.
Purchasing Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of four people
- Overseeing the purchasing requirements
- Assisting with planning for continued company expansion
- Looking into department and process improvements
- Sustaining staff retention and working with staff to improve performance and skills
- Responsibility for the recruitment for the Purchasing Team
- Creating weekly reports on purchasing
The Ideal Purchasing Manager:
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing company
- Understanding of AS9100 and aerospace traceability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation/planning skills
Monday - Friday: 08:00am - 17:00pm
