We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Technical Sales Support Co-ordinator for a rapidly growing, pioneering and innovative organisation based in Witney.
The brief:
You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and duties will include:
Handling calls from customers/clients/internal colleagues
Assisting with client enquiries
Providing quotes and specifications
Liaison with architects, landscape gardeners, structural engineers
Preparing technical documentation
Organising the despatch of products & co-ordinating of deliveries
Potential opportunities to attend exhibitions bi-annually
What is required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Mathematical ability
Keen to learn
IT Literate
A working knowledge of CAD would be useful but is not essential
Ability to work in a team environment
