My client is a highly successful and ambitious Estate Agency, Lettings Agency and Property Management Group, who due to continued growth, are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:

Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicants
Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance
Generate new business opportunities
Assisting with general Property Management queries

Required Skills and Qualifications for the Lettings Negotiator:

Prior experience as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator essential
Excellent customer service skills
First-class written and spoken English
Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
