Are you a fantastic Hotel Operations Manager who is looking for an exciting role at a beautiful hotel and venue? Do you have experience in delivering events and functions and managing hotel operations? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Set in beautiful grounds, this fantastic hotel is a very popular venue. They are looking for a great Operations Manager to report to the General Manager and lead the team so great management skills are essential. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in events and functions and an understanding of the day to day operations of a hotel.

The role is 45 hours per week and this will include some late night shifts and weekends and bank holidays.

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Tips

What will I be doing in this Hotel Operations Manager role?

  • Overseeing the day to day operations of the hotel including the Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Conference and Banqueting and Front Office teams
  • Working with the estate and maintenance teams to ensure health and safety compliance
  • Maintaining cost controls across departments in line with company targets
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and brand standard across the site
  • Handling any issues and complaints
