Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Audit Planning and Execution:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Quality Control:Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of audit work and documentation.
Technical Expertise:Stay updated with changes in audit regulations and standards, and provide technical guidance to the team and clients.
Business Development:Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to the growth of the firm's audit practice.
Requirements:
Qualifications:ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, with a focus on medium-sized businesses across various sectors.
Skills:Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven leadership abilities.
