Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and complete audits while reporting directly to managers and partners- Prepare financial accounts, reports, and related assignments as needed- Coordinate audit planning with clients and relevant internal departments- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties- Lead on-site audit teams, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within budget- Support business development by promoting the firm's services to clients and prospects- Supervise and assist trainees, helping develop their skills and confidence

Key Requirements- AAT qualified and/or studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification, with the professional skills stage completed- At least 18 months of experience in audit and assurance within an accountancy practice- Strong understanding of preparing accounts under UK GAAP- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team- Excellent communication skills with both senior staff and clients- Motivated and committed to delivering high-quality services
