This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing accounts, and mentoring junior team members within a dynamic and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing financial statements, management accounts, and tax computations for a diverse client base
  • Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing mentorship
  • Managing client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and compliance
  • Assisting with business advisory projects and identifying opportunities for added value
  • Supporting Partners and Managers with ad-hoc assignments and client meetings
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
  • At least three years' experience working within a UK Practiceenvironment
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
