New Temporary Position in Woking seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team.
Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts (full Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cashflow), variance analysis & commentary, for initial review with Head of Finance
- Taking direct ownership of the financial reporting
- Consistent checking and reconciling of all balance sheet items to ensure that the balance sheets are kept clean - investigating and resolving any discrepancies and reconciling items. Prepare your own and review other team member's monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Key contact for the year end Audit process, responding to audit queries that come in from our auditors
- Help with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts and assist in the review of management accounts versus budgets/re forecasts.
- Manage the cash flow process, including the preparation of a 12 week cash flow reporting cash requirements
- Prepare monthly journals including PO accrual, settlement accrual, PP and levy journals, lease journals, reversals, prepayments, general accruals, funding, profit share and deferred revenue journals.

The successful candidate will have experience in the above and available on short notice.
