This is a great role as a License administration officer until the end of the year. 4 days a week (32 hours a week) based in Woking £150 per day. Based from home 2 days and 2 days in the office. This is an ASAP start!Key responsibilities include:

  • You will be focused on sales order creation. SO Creation using a ERP system similar to SAP and generate customers requests for sales transactions.
  • You will manage all formal documents of PO generation for items outlining agreed prices and delivery dates and payment terms using SAP.
  • Mange all goods receipting, a crucial step in procurement and ensure consistency of correct quantity and double checking with PO.
  • You will manage all invoice picking to ensure right sales and purchase orders for payments are kept up to date for accounts payable.
  • Confirm customers orders in a order booking system, verify stock availability and create picking lists working with a number of warehouses.
  • Update the system for stock tracker maintenance using tools
  • Able to use smartsheet updates (order management) system sharing real time updates and able to report to help teams manage their work more efficiently.
  • Be familiar with customs clearance resolutions to ensure all legal requirements and verifying process is updated.

Key skills

  • Must work efficiently and strong track record in operations ideally licensing responsible for end to end, PO and sales or creation.
  • Be familiar with excel, smart sheet ideally and using systems such as SO Creation, PO generation, goods receipting and stock tracker maintenance.
  • Able to work independently and self sufficient.
