- Handling inbound inquiries via telephone and inbox.
- Update the internal system.
- Diary management duties.
- Supporting the team with administration.
- Coordinating and scheduling work requests.
- Liaise with management to ensure a smooth running process.
- Experience within a similar role (administration/customer service)
- Proficient in using MS Office and internal systems.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of coordinating (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance/trade.
- Strong geographical understanding of the local areas.
