(O) Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner(X) NOT eligible: Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship, Working holiday, Graduate, FreelanceWORK TYPE: Office-based (There is a possibility for hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office - once the probation period is successfully completed)VISA SUPPORT: No--------------------------------------TYPE: Permanent, full-timeWORKING HOURS: 8:00-16:00 from Monday to FridaySALARY: £45k-£50k, depending on experienceSTART: ASAPLOCATION: SurreyOrder Control Manager Main Responsibilities:Supplier & Inventory Management• Implement and optimise procurement systems, ensuring cost-effective importation and supplier management• Maintain supplier relationships, oversee performance evaluations, and coordinate customer returns and disposals• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and stock costs, ensuring precise control and efficient logistics• Audit and improve procurement practices, identifying cost-saving opportunities and quality enhancementsCustomer Order & Sales Management• Supervise order processing, invoicing, and ensure high customer service standards• Generate and distribute sales reports/KPIs, collaborating with the Head of Sales• Manage export documentation, liaise with shipping agents, and maintain accurate records of EMEA export contactsGeneral Responsibilities• Resolve supplier quality issues with the QA team and collaborate across departments• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management• Attend internal and external meetings in the UK and internationally• Promote the company’s brand through effective communication and customer engagementOrder Control Manager Ideal Candidate:• 2+ years of experience as a Purchasing or Order Management Manager• 2+ years of experience of team management• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, strategies and best practices• Strong skills in planning, cost optimisation, and negotiation techniques• Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain inventory management systems• Knowledge of customer order (sales administration) management• Knowledge of local and international logistics including custom clearance and incoterms• Experience with global sourcing• Proficiency in using procurement software and systems• Computer literacy, use of Microsoft Office.
