Expleo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Battery Engineer with extensive experience in supplier management to join our dynamic team in Woking. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge hybrid and electric vehicle projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hybrid or electric vehicle controls with over 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ensure functional safety and be aware of cyber security protocols.
  • Collaborate with hybrid or electric vehicle controller suppliers.
  • Coordinate supplier software content, delivery, and testing independently and with colleagues.
  • Align inverter delivery plans with project timelines.
  • Review inverter software content from suppliers against industry standards.
  • Ensure inverter software functionality meets inverter and vehicle system requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive test reports for inverter functions and vehicle system integration.
  • Ensure final delivery of inverters meets all controller and software requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hybrid or electric vehicle controls delivery.
  • Strong background in functional safety.
  • Awareness of cyber security in automotive applications.
  • Experience working with hybrid or electric vehicle controller suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
