Our client, a specialist Audio, Visual, Lighting & Stage Engineering contractor for studio and venue applications are looking for a proactive individual to play a key role in driving growth across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Working closely with the leadership team to develop key client relationships, manage tender documentation, and maintain crucial business development materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple projects across various teams.
  • Assist in developing new and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Support market expansion with a focus on the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Prepare and manage prequalification and tender documentation under the supervision of the Business Development Director.
  • Become a CRM and market intelligence expert to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in preparing quotations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in construction projects or the stage-lighting/audiovisual sectors.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • A self-motivated team player with a passion for market research.

This role offers a hybrid working set-up with flexibility to split your time between home and the office. Travel to clients predominantly in the London area is required as is the attendance at industry tradeshows worldwide.
