Sales Advisor – Inbound – Up to £32k – Woking – Hybrid

Are you passionate about the environment and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for residential/home-owner customers, playing a key role in shaping their experience. You will turn enquiries into successful outcomes through careful planning and great organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming new enquiry calls and allocating other calls as needed.
  • Contacting new email enquiries by phone to establish a connection.
  • Providing advice to prospective clients to help secure sales
  • Following up on survey proposals promptly to secure client instructions.
  • Managing client instructions by setting up projects in the company’s database
  • Raising invoices, and processing payments.
  • Drafting standard residential management plans to support Consultants
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with research and data collection as needed.

Who/what we are looking for?

  • An interest in environmental issues is highly desirable.
  • Degree in environmental studies or similar a bonus
  • Strong communication skills to build trust and balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • A positive, results-driven approach to create lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
