What's involved?

As a Junior Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a team of talented chefs, supporting the Sous and Head Chef in the daily operation of the 2 kitchens. You will be passionate about wanting to give diners the best culinary experience possible, using fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare, cook and present dishes in the Brasserie style restaurant. You will also cater for weddings and C&B of up to 200 covers. At all times, you should ensure that both yourself and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.

This position would be perfect for an ambitious chef looking to step into their first Demi Chef or Chef de Partie position and has a love for using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Accommodation is not available with this position, therefore you must be able to commute to the area daily.
