Our client, a leading community sports club near Woking, Surrey is seeking a dedicated Lead Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for the club's players/customers, ensuring high-quality meals for up to 200 people. This position offers a good salary of £25K for 30 hours per week. Full time hours could be available if required. Key Responsibilities:As the Lead Chef you will:*Prepare meals (lunch and dinner) for 200 players*Manage food labelling, allergen information, and food storage*Assist with food ordering and maintaining stock levels*Work closely with the Clubhouse Manager for efficient meal serviceThe ideal Lead Chef will have:*Similar experience as a lead chef, head chef, sous chef or similar is essential *A valid Food Safety certification*Strong knowledge of allergens, labelling, and food storage practices*Confidence in food ordering and stock management*Flexibility with working hours as per business needs*Own transportation is highly recommended due to the club's locationWorking Hours*30 hours per week, with potential flexibility to increase to 40 hours if the candidate required*Typical shifts may vary (examples: 8am-2pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm.
