Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Your key tasks will include:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into target organizations to uncover their strategic challenges, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Use your understanding of the company’s innovative solutions to build meaningful client relationships and effectively communicate ROI.
  • Executive Engagement: Present and demonstrate solutions to senior executives, building strong connections with key decision-makers across organizations.
  • Negotiation: Manage complex negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A few years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in tender management and delivery.
  • Strong sales skills across the entire cycle: cold calling, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a driven, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • A solid understanding of public sector sales is highly advantageous.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a diligent and consistent work ethic.
  • Confidence engaging with C-level executives and navigating multi-level sales processes.
