Business Development Manager Role:
  • Drive sales growth across the UK and Eire through direct sales and distribution channels.
  • Generate and develop new opportunities using an established CRM and marketing leads.
  • Mentor one telemarketer
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to co-ordinate product demonstrations and support the entire sales process.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and pre-qualify sales enquiries.
  • Offer market insights and performance updates to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven technical sales experience, ideally in electronics, precision engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with selling instrumentation, measuring systems, or capital equipment is advantageous.
  • Fearless on the phone and a strong communicator
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
