- Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum (£37,500 basic, rest commission)

- Generate and develop new opportunities using an established CRM and marketing leads.
- Mentor one telemarketer
- Collaborate with the field sales team to co-ordinate product demonstrations and support the entire sales process.
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and pre-qualify sales enquiries.
- Offer market insights and performance updates to senior management.
- Proven technical sales experience, ideally in electronics, precision engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with selling instrumentation, measuring systems, or capital equipment is advantageous.
- Fearless on the phone and a strong communicator
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
