- Maintain an understanding of key market trends & programmes and position OV on these.
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets, new customers, new partners and new products.
- Deliver sales targets (revenue and GM).
- Formulating, agreeing and then executing business strategies for markets and customers.
- Customer relationship management – build enduring relationships with customers and users gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these.
- Significant experience with surveillance & reconnaissance in the security and / or defence environments and in operational use of sensor systems.
- Business development experience gained within a relevant industry.
- Strong personal gravitas.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Commercially astute.
