  • Identifying and developing key market sectors and new business opportunities.
  • Conducting regular customer visits, including 10–14 day trips to the USA every 4-6 weeks.
  • Preparing and following up on quotes, including detailed progress and report tracking.
  • Communicating essential details to design, purchasing, and production teams.
  • Maintaining customer records and providing reports on market conditions, trends, and feedback.
  • Planning, preparing, and attending exhibitions, delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
