Job Title: Nursery Assistant - Pre-Prep Department

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team within the Pre-Prep Department at a well-established school in Woking. This full-time position will commence in September, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nursery Teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-5.
  • Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment conducive to the holistic development of young children.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 3 desirable).
  • Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Understanding of child development principles and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.
