A professional, commercially focused multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team in Surrey.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor, who will be responsible for providing key professional services such as defect analysis, party wall, measured surveys, employers' agent and dilapidations.

Role and responsibilities

The Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead and support on a number of refurbishment and new build schemes, from feasibility through to design and production, across sectors including public, commercial, education, leisure and residential.

Person specification

This role will suit a dynamic Building Surveyor who's keen to make a difference within a vibrant, enthusiastic and collaborative environment and friendly, team-orientated culture.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Public sector project experience would be advantageous
