As an Account Director you will be responsible for managing a number of existing key accounts with a view to build solid relationships and grow business. Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Build instant rapport with new clients and existing, taking detailed information and providing best service.
- Build a strong relationship with sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth operational experience is maintained from order to invoice.
- Deal with incoming enquiries from clients and suppliers
- Always looking out for new business opportunities ensuring leads are followed up.
- Organise in person key client meetings
- Maintain the CRM system with reports on client interactions
- Organise and attend quarterly review meetings with clients
- Prepare presentations for new business and existing clients
- Ensure that customer needs and requirements are communicated with the wider teams
- Working to targets to ensure these are exceeded
Skills:
- Previous Account Management experience (at least 5 years ideally)
- Previous experience in a product led industry
- Experience with working to targets with proven track record of exceeding
- Business development experience preferred
- CRM system management experience
- Experience of working in a team
- Face to Face meeting experience
